Licensing

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license is required per user in order to get access to WTEdge and receive support.

Warranty

WTEdge Platform is sold and distributed by WTD are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to a users local machine. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of using WTEdge Platform software. Should conflicts occur with a user’s local computer, we may provide support at our discretion.

Our software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any business losses, damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our software.

Software Updates

WTEdge Platform is maintained regularly and is always up-to-date.

Support Services

WTEdge Platform sells and distributes our software “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like.

Support for WTEdge Platform sold and distributed by WTD is only available for those who have an active, paid license. 

Support and updates for WTEdge Platform software are provided as long as WTEdge Platform is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, WTEdge Platform will no longer be responsible for providing support.

  • WTEdge Platform software is no longer actively developed as a viable product.
  • WTEdge Platform is purchased or bought out by another company.

 

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our software, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Refunds

Usually, the first month of software use is free based on a full year commitment purchase.  After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by contacting us. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
